Domain Architect – Finance & Risk, and Data Management

Location: HBP, Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid working.

What you will do

• Define and drive end-to-end architecture for the Finance & Risk and Data Management domains.
• Design secure, reliable, and scalable solutions and translate strategy into practical delivery steps.
• Define data architecture, improve data quality, lineage, traceability, and data flows from source to reporting.
• Establish clear data governance and ownership while reducing fragmentation across domains.
• Align Netherlands solutions with the global Finance & Risk architecture strategy, including initiatives such as FRIDA and the Finance & Risk data product.
• Lead architecture governance by aligning stakeholders, documenting decisions, and ensuring compliance with agreed standards.

Requirements

• Experience in Finance & Risk and Data Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify the root of complex issues.
• Ability to connect systems and domains, explain trade-offs, and balance local requirements with global strategy.
• Proven delivery focus and the ability to align stakeholders across business, IT, and architecture.
• Strong communication, independent working, initiative, and collaboration in an agile environment.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts pragmatically.
