Senior Technical Implementations Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote from Buenos Aires, Argentina

hirify.global provides an AI-powered media measurement and optimization platform using automated experimentation, media mix modeling, and incrementality analysis.

What you will do

• Own technical workstreams for enterprise client onboardings and manage lower-complexity implementations end to end.
• Connect media, transaction, organic, and custom data sources through APIs, file-based feeds, warehouse shares, and direct integrations.
• Ingest historical data, diagnose authentication, schema, delivery, and pipeline issues, and establish post-launch monitoring.
• Define data normalization specifications, map client taxonomies, assess downstream impact, and document mapping logic.
• Lead QA by reconciling transformations and outputs against client source-of-truth data, vendor exports, and upstream tables.
• Run client working sessions, advise on model-ready data, manage risks and dependencies, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, data onboarding, solutions consulting, or technical account management, including 3+ years in directly client-facing technical delivery.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with data platforms, APIs, integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and troubleshooting data-quality issues.
• Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, GA4, and Adobe Analytics.
• Knowledge of data mapping, normalization, attribution, incrementality, and media mix modeling.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, leading working sessions, documenting processes, and driving delivery through client teams and vendors.
• Business-level English proficiency required; a technical, analytics, or related academic background is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, Airflow, Tableau, Looker, or Mode.
• Experience with Python or R and knowledge of GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience applying automation or agentic AI approaches to implementation operations.
