Senior Data Tech Lead (Data Engineering)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership to the Data Engineering team and guide technical decisions and delivery quality.
• Define and evolve the data architecture for a centralized Supply Chain data platform.
• Design data ingestion, integration, transformation, and migration strategies across multiple sources, including SharePoint to SQL Server.
• Implement Medallion Architecture with Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers, including transactional and analytical data layers.
• Lead the development of semantic models and Power BI solutions while ensuring data quality, performance, governance, and scalability.
• Work directly with the client and act as a bridge between business, architecture, data, and development teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and multi-source data integration.
• Proven technical leadership experience with data teams and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Medallion Architecture, data modeling, and semantic models.
• Strong SQL Server and SQL knowledge, with hands-on Python experience for data engineering and processing.
• Practical experience with Databricks, Azure, and Power BI.
• Advanced English proficiency required for communication in an international corporate environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of SAP and SAP data integration.
• Experience with Supply Chain processes.
• Spanish proficiency.
