Associate Specialist, BPS Operations Processing (Fintech)

What you will do

• Oversee transfer-processing work to ensure accuracy and timeliness against service-level agreements.
• Initiate, review, and track inbound and outbound client account transfers between broker-dealers using ACATS and other industry tools.
• Submit mutual fund re-registration instructions and coordinate with delivering and receiving fund companies.
• Review settlement reports, verify asset valuations, and monitor delivery and receipt deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve ACATS rejects, registration errors, and account discrepancies with internal teams, contra-firms, and fund providers.
• Define client requirements, support hirify.global system setup, develop procedures, and train internal and external customers on new systems or processes.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of hirify.global and industry tools used to move assets and cash between depositories, custodians, and fund companies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications and communicate them to technical staff.
• High attention to detail and the ability to analyze and resolve operational problems using established techniques and tools.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
