Senior Associate, Trade Operations (LH-BPO)

Location: Hybrid in West Palm Beach, FL / Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Salary: $60,000–$130,000 USD annual base salary, with potential discretionary bonus and/or equity awards.

What you will do

• Support daily trade operations and post-trade activities for hedge fund clients across multiple investment strategies.
• Monitor trade capture, settlement, confirmation matching, reconciliation, and exception management throughout the trade lifecycle.
• Research and resolve trade breaks, settlement discrepancies, and operational exceptions.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, traders, counterparties, prime brokers, fund administrators, and internal operational teams.
• Provide operational support for equities, fixed income, FX, futures, swaps, options, repos, and other OTC products.
• Prepare operational reporting and contribute to process improvements focused on efficiency, risk reduction, and scalability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trade operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of capital markets and financial products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Internship or academic exposure to financial markets, operations, accounting, or investment management.
