Senior Associate/Associate Manager, Trade Operations (LH-BPO)

What you will do

• Support daily trade operations and post-trade activities for hedge fund clients across multiple investment strategies.
• Monitor trade lifecycle events, including trade capture, settlement, confirmation matching, and exception management.
• Reconcile cash, positions, market values, and trade activity across internal systems, custodians, and prime brokers.
• Research and resolve trade breaks, settlement discrepancies, and operational exceptions.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, traders, counterparties, brokers, fund administrators, and internal SS&C teams.
• Support equities, fixed income, FX, futures, swaps, options, repos, OTC products, wire processing, collateral movements, and operational reporting.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in trade operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of capital markets and financial products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate in a fast-paced operational environment.
