Mid Office Services Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Complete client transactions under guidance and review supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Interpret transaction information for correct coding and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Handle requests from clients and market partners through successful completion.
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve inquiries and operational issues.
• Contact clients to obtain required information, answer questions, and resolve problems.

Requirements

• Onsite work in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is required.
• Associate degree or equivalent education.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Accuracy and attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving, and effective communication.
• Knowledge of financial operations, corporate accounting, credit risk analysis, or financial management is preferred.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
