Occupational Health LPN (Healthcare)

Location: Lawton, Oklahoma, United States; onsite night shift

Salary: $24.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support the physician with clinical and administrative functions.
• Interview patients, assess their condition, document findings in the electronic medical record, and report changes to the physician.
• Perform venipuncture, basic laboratory tests, injections, EKGs, and other office-based procedures.
• Assist with medical procedures and operate diagnostic and therapeutic equipment, including oxygen therapy and EKG equipment.
• Manage patient flow, calls, referrals, specialist visits, medical record requests, and record abstraction.
• Maintain clean, disinfected, and adequately stocked examination rooms while supporting a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma and graduation from a formal training program.
• Current BLS certification and a nursing license to practice in the state of application.
• At least 2 years of LPN experience preferred, ideally in primary care.
• Ability to administer injections, complete EKGs, perform office-based procedures, and demonstrate exceptional phlebotomy skills.
• Must be licensed to practice in the applicable state; the role is based onsite in Lawton, Oklahoma.
