FP&A Manager (AI Cloud)

What you will do

• Own and enhance the Group’s integrated three-statement financial model.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and budget, stretch, and downside scenario planning.
• Consolidate entity-level plans, build dashboards and advanced Excel models, and provide leadership with clear performance insight.
• Own the rolling cash flow forecast, monitor covenant headroom, and escalate emerging financial risks.
• Analyse funding options and debt structures, and prepare investor-ready narratives covering performance, growth metrics, and KPIs.
• Prepare financial materials for board packs and presentations, while identifying ways to use Power BI and AI tools to automate reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Demonstrated excellence in financial modelling and analytical work, with the ability to extract actionable insight from complex data.
• Experience owning integrated three-statement models, budget cycles, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modelling, data manipulation, and board-ready presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships, influence stakeholders, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and focused on reporting accuracy and consistency.

Nice to have

• Financial modelling experience in a top accounting firm, investment bank, or corporate finance function.
• Experience in high-growth, startup, or scale-up environments.
• Experience working with investors, lenders, or advisors on fundraising or strategic finance.
• Understanding of capital structures, fundraising processes, or investment analysis.
• Exposure to SaaS, cloud, or technology businesses.
