What you will do

• Define and drive the commercial partnership strategy across onchain capital markets and real-world assets.
• Build and own relationships with asset originators, banks, lenders, and institutional borrowers.
• Source and evaluate traditional financial assets and yield opportunities for onchain integration.
• Structure financial products incorporating risk-transfer mechanisms like insurance, guarantees, and credit enhancement.
• Develop liquidity strategies covering issuance, redemption, and duration matching.
• Serve as a consultative design partner to guide product integration with customers.

Requirements

• Deep experience in capital markets, structured credit, private credit, or fixed income at a financial institution.
• Proven track record of structuring and launching new financial products from identification to execution.
• Strong understanding of financial risk protection, collateral, and liquidity considerations.
• Experience sourcing capital demand and building relationships with institutional stakeholders.
• Experience bringing traditional financial assets onchain or deep knowledge of blockchain/fintech infrastructure.
• Ability to work closely with legal, compliance, risk, and engineering teams.
