Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary: $70–$75 per hour

What you will do

• Develop specialized sourcing strategies for senior, staff, principal, and highly specialized technical roles.
• Advise engineering, product, and professional services executives on organizational design, compensation structures, and talent mapping.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including screening, interviews, candidate experience, and complex offer negotiations.
• Build passive-candidate pipelines and strengthen hirify.global’s employer brand in competitive technical markets.
• Design scalable talent acquisition programs such as referral initiatives, interview training, and process documentation.
• Maintain accurate job postings and candidate records in the ATS.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including at least 2 years hiring senior, staff, or principal candidates.
• Experience recruiting in a high-growth SaaS or cloud-native environment.
• Deep knowledge of the North American technical talent market and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to influence senior leaders and executives.
• Experience owning talent acquisition programs or significant recruiting process improvements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and influencing skills.
