TL;DR
Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Planning): Developing enterprise workforce planning methods, financial models, and reporting for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly analytics with an accent on workforce cost planning, variance analysis, and decision support. Focus on building scalable planning processes, analyzing Talent/HR/Legal expenditures, and improving financial systems and tools.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia, or other locations throughout the United States; hybrid work with telecommuting permitted

What you will do
- Develop enterprise workforce planning approaches for consistent, transparent, and centralized budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial analytics.
- Build scalable processes and documentation for sales and corporate workforce planning.
- Evaluate financial data, prepare forecasts, and produce detailed written financial reports.
- Develop financial models, reporting, and visualizations to support hiring decisions across the organization.
- Provide financial planning and month-end close support for Talent, HR, and Legal G&A expenditures.
- Support re-forecasting, budget development, strategic analyses, and continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and tools.
Requirements
- M.S. in Finance.
- At least 24 months of experience in a related financial analysis position.
- At least 24 months of experience with forecasting, budgeting and planning, variance analysis, financial models, enterprise financial planning systems, and Opex/Capex analysis.
- Experience with Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA.
- Experience with scenario analysis.
- Availability for a 40-hour workweek, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
