What you will do
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of System Architects and Engineers across multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with Safety and Cybersecurity managers to integrate system, safety, and security engineering flows for certification.
- Drive the system engineering lifecycle maintaining agility and compliance with standards like IEC 62443, UNECE R155, ISO 13849.
- Own and standardize engineering toolstack and workflows to ensure consistency and traceability.
- Represent Systems Engineering leadership aligning technical strategy with product and executive goals.
- Lead technical reviews and make design-authority decisions on system architecture and safety boundaries.
Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years of Systems Engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership roles.
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Robotics, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Expertise in requirements engineering, system architecture, integration, verification, validation, and certification.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with strong process and compliance discipline.
- Proficiency with architecture and requirements tools such as SysML, Polarion, or DOORS.
- Familiarity with ROS/ROS2 and robotics systems.
