What you will do

• Manage full IT operations and information security for 100+ employees across global offices.
• Oversee core systems including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Unifi networking.
• Maintain ISO 27001 certification through risk assessments, policy updates, and audit coordination.
• Handle vendor relationships, IT budget planning, and strategic roadmap development.
• Provide end-user support and manage hardware/software lifecycles for the Oslo HQ.
• Lead the technical direction of the IT function and mentor the Information Security Analyst.

Requirements

• Professional English fluency required
• Demonstrated hands-on experience owning IT operations end-to-end in a similar sized organization.
• Direct experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.
• Enterprise networking experience including Unifi and VPN administration.
• Ability to act as the final technical authority on IT decisions without daily oversight.
• Must be able to work on-site in Oslo, Norway

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining ISO 27001 ISMS and working knowledge of GDPR.
• Background in scale-up or engineering-heavy organizations.
• Experience with vendor contract and budget ownership.
• Relevant certifications in security, cloud, or ISO 27001.
