Full Stack Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the core product with a focus on usability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX to build client-facing experiences.
• Build and iterate on prototypes integrating LLMs, APIs, and retrieval pipelines.
• Implement full-stack features across database schemas, backend services, frontend components, and real-time interactions.
• Review code and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working on full-stack codebases.
• Strong backend experience with service-oriented architectures, object-oriented programming, and relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or MSSQL, including advanced SQL and database design.
• Frontend development experience with React, Angular, Vue, or another modern JavaScript framework.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG architectures, and AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong written and verbal communication, code review, Agile development, and engineering trade-off skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or other agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with zero-to-one technical development, third-party API integrations, Struts2 MVC, or Spring Framework.
• Prior experience as a team lead.
