What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Provide technical leadership by reviewing code, guiding strategies, and solving complex technical challenges.
• Act as a technical advisor or Software Technical Lead across various client projects.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and design solution proposals.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend architectures that fit project needs.
• Mentor developers and foster engineering best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full-stack development expertise in production-grade applications.
• Proven experience applying Generative AI to improve software delivery and quality.
• Experience designing scalable software architectures and making technical decisions.
• Experience performing code reviews and mentoring other engineers.
• Professional English communication skills.
