Fullstack Developer (AI)

Location: Remote from a Latin American country; working hours aligned with East Coast office hours.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support backend services and frontend user interfaces.
• Build browser-based interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Develop Java and Go backend services with attention to performance, data quality, and maintainability.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, scaling and reliability decisions, code reviews, and technical-debt reduction.
• Use AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot in the daily workflow.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Quality Assurance to refine requirements and deliver tested solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in a Latin American country.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• 4+ years of full-stack software development experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend services.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Java and/or Go, data structures, relational databases, and SQL.
• Experience with microservices, unit testing, and functional testing.
• Comfort working independently on well-defined problems and completing them reliably.

Nice to have

• Google Cloud and application infrastructure experience, including containers, caching, and distributed systems.
• Experience building AI-driven applications or agentic products, working with LLMs, or using LangChain or Google ADK.
• Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable technical aptitude.
