Junior Project Owner (m/f/d) - Industrial Automation & AI

What you will do

• Analyze customer challenges and product landscapes with engineering teams, translating them into PoCs, prototypes, MVPs, and product visions.
• Plan and structure agile work through design sprints, iterative development, user stories, effort estimation, and KPI tracking.
• Use AI tools for rapid prototyping, testing, idea validation, and transition into stable production systems.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings, including sprint reviews, and coordinate product and technical decisions across stakeholders.
• Support customer relationships, sales activities, and new business development.
• Communicate clearly with engineering teams and involve relevant stakeholders in product decisions.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Interaction Design, Human Factors Engineering, or a comparable field.
• First relevant experience in project environments or hands-on engineering development, including experience gained through student initiatives or extracurricular programs.
• Curiosity about technology trends and R&D, with a strong interest in experimentation and innovation projects.
• Strong analytical and research skills, plus an independent, structured, and motivating working style.
• Strong communication skills and confident stakeholder management.
• Business fluency in both German and English, first experience in agile environments, and efficient use of AI tools.
