What you will do

• Lead design across multiple product areas and create coherent experiences for complex workflows.
• Shape product strategy by framing difficult problems, influencing roadmaps, and turning ambiguity into practical solutions.
• Set a high standard for interaction design, visual design, accessibility, and usability.
• Partner with product and engineering to make informed tradeoffs while shipping quickly.
• Explore new product directions from zero-to-one concepts through scaled launches.
• Develop AI-assisted ways of working to improve design outcomes.

Requirements

• Extensive product design experience shipping complex, high-impact products.
• Exceptional interaction and visual design craft with strong attention to the broader product experience.
• Ability to own complex, ambiguous problems and create clarity across teams and product areas.
• Experience moving between hands-on design and product strategy.
• Strong product judgment and communication skills, with the ability to influence product, engineering, and leadership.
• Ability to work on-site in London.
