Salesforce Developer (Salesforce CPQ)

hirify.global's Business Technology team builds and supports Salesforce tools for sales, sales operations, and deal desk workflows.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions covering leads, accounts, opportunities, products, forecasting, territories, and sales automation.
• Configure and extend Salesforce CPQ, including product catalogs, bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows.
• Support opportunity-to-quote-to-order processes, including renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle management.
• Own features end-to-end, from requirements shaping with Sales Ops, Deal Desk, and Finance through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Build integrations with ERP, billing, and enterprise systems, collaborating with the middleware team on cross-system flows.
• Manage deployments through Git, SFDX, and CI/CD tooling, and troubleshoot quote calculations, pricing edge cases, and integration failures.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including 2+ years with Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, Sales Cloud, CPQ configuration, data models, security, and production-grade automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, named credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Bulk/Streaming APIs, error handling, retries, and logging.
• Experience with Git, SFDX, Salesforce CI/CD, and tools such as Gearset or Copado.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, Agentforce Specialist, or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with hardware, storage, networking, enterprise software, channel sales, or partner quoting.
• Exposure to Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Billing, subscription models, managed packages, MDQ, co-terming, CLM tools, tax engines, or ERP and billing platforms.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Agentforce Vibes, Copilot, or Claude in Salesforce contexts.
• Additional European languages, including Spanish.
