Assoc. Workplace Specialist

What you will do

• Support the Facility Manager with daily workplace and facility operations.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems and building infrastructure.
• Manage contractor and vendor communications, onboarding, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment documentation.
• Track work orders in Planon, ServiceNow, and Agile while maintaining floor plans, space records, and equipment inventories.
• Support janitorial, cafeteria, seating, delivery, guest, event, and meeting-room services.
• Monitor energy, water usage, waste separation, recycling, and workplace compliance.

Requirements

• Technical or associate degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in facilities or workplace operations.
• Familiarity with MEP systems and workplace technologies.
• Advanced and fluent English, spoken and written, required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to occasionally provide light hands-on support, including furniture moves and meeting-room setups.
