What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for service desk requests and provide timely support to end users.
• Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Document solutions and known issues to support knowledge sharing and future case resolution.
• Participate in system monitoring and incident management activities.
• Configure and support VMware environments, IP networks, and client and server hardware.
• Maintain the IT asset inventory and contribute to on-call or shift-based service desk coverage.

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English and German communication skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and professional experience.
• Initial experience handling IT support and service request tickets.
• Knowledge of Microsoft client and data center management services, MS365, and ServiceNow.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
