TL;DR
AI Engineer (Generative AI/LLMs): Designing and building Generative AI applications, agentic workflows, APIs, and backend services for business-critical processes with an accent on RAG, multi-agent architectures, evaluation, and observability. Focus on integrating tools and LLMs, developing production-grade Python services, and ensuring the reliability and performance of AI systems.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain Generative AI applications and agentic workflows for business-critical processes.
- Develop AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, tool integration, and multi-agent architectures.
- Design APIs and backend services supporting AI applications and integrations.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical design decisions, AI engineering standards, and reusable components.
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, and observability to ensure AI system quality, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with data, engineering, business, and subject matter expert teams to identify opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or Data Engineering.
- Experience building Generative AI applications and production-grade software with strong Python skills.
- Experience developing APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks, plus knowledge of SQL, data manipulation, software engineering principles, and system design.
- Familiarity with RAG, agentic design patterns, orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, tool calling, structured outputs, and multi-agent workflows.
- Fluent English and French required. Experience with a major cloud platform, Docker, version control, CI/CD, and dependency management tools.
