AI Engineer (m/f/d) Global Business Services (AI)

What you will do

• Deploy machine learning and generative AI models into production environments.
• Develop APIs, services, integrations, and reusable AI components for business applications.
• Monitor model performance, latency, reliability, availability, and operational health.
• Implement observability, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards.
• Troubleshoot incidents and support service operations, testing, deployments, and releases.
• Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, cost, and maintainability while supporting CI/CD and MLOps practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in software, cloud, data, or AI/ML engineering, including deploying applications and services to cloud environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern software engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, containers, and DevOps tooling.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, large language models, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and operational support practices.

Nice to have

• Cloud certification in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• AI, Machine Learning, or Data Engineering certifications.
