What you will do

• Translate business requirements into AI/LLM solutions and functional .NET applications for trading platforms.
• Design, fine-tune, deploy, and optimize ML models for real-world use.
• Develop prompts, experiment with LLM parameters, and create proofs of concept using Jupyter notebooks.
• Implement AI governance, guardrails, tracing, and secure practices.
• Build scalable cloud architectures and integrate AI into .NET apps.
• Collaborate with teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor members.

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, engineering, or related.
• 5+ years in C#/.NET Core, databases, scalable systems.
• 2+ years in ML, generative AI, or data science; Python proficiency.
• AI fine-tuning, prompt engineering, LLM tools (GPT, Transformers, Hugging Face).
• Cloud (AWS SageMaker/Bedrock or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
• Trusted AI, API security, guardrails, data privacy; Agile/Scrum.
