QA Engineer (AI)

Location: Full-time, onsite at the office in Rotterdam, Netherlands

Base salary: €4,000–€6,000 gross per month, depending on seniority and experience.

What you will do

• Build automation frameworks and automated test suites for ecommerce, APIs, and internal tools.
• Integrate QA into CI/CD so tests run on every deployment and detect failures before release.
• Perform exploratory and edge-case testing beyond scripted coverage.
• Define QA strategy and standards adopted across engineering.
• Use AI for test generation, coverage analysis, and reducing repetitive QA work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing.
• Hands-on automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent.
• Experience integrating tests with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Strong API testing experience with Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Ability to perform exploratory and edge-case testing and communicate clearly across two offices.
• Commitment to working from the Rotterdam office onsite is non-negotiable.

Nice to have

• Ecommerce or SaaS experience at scale.
• JavaScript, TypeScript, or PHP experience.
• Performance, load, accessibility testing, or Docker experience.
