What you will do
- Define test cases, test plans, manual scenarios, and test scripts.
- Design, code, and execute automated GUI tests using Selenium WebDriver and C# unit tests.
- Design, code, and execute automated REST API tests using C# and RestSharp.
- Identify, re-test, and report defects, including defects found during manual testing.
- Support user acceptance testing and system integration activities involving REST web services.
- Contribute to continuous testing, build, and release pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience.
- More than 6 years of experience in software quality assurance as a Test Analyst or Test Automation Engineer.
- Participation in at least 3 projects involving GUI and API testing.
- Strong knowledge of C# or Java, object-oriented techniques, dependency injection, design patterns, Git, and pull requests.
- Experience with manual regression testing, UI and API automation frameworks, BDD tools such as Gherkin, Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Reqnroll, and risk-based testing.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
Nice to have
- Experience testing RPC frameworks or APIs such as gRPC.
- Experience with non-functional testing, including security, performance, reliability, fault tolerance, or recoverability testing.
- Experience working in international, multicultural Scrum or Agile teams.
- Experience with EU institutions or agencies and knowledge of ICD documentation, compliance, and validation processes.
