iGaming Quality Engineer (Contract) (iGaming)

Location: Fully remote, with occasional travel to headquarters in Málaga, Spain.

What you will do

• Design and execute test strategies for slot games and casino product lines, covering core mechanics, free spins, cascades, bonus buys, and progressive jackpots.
• Verify frontend RNG output against certified math models, including pay tables, RTP, hit frequencies, volatility, and payment accuracy.
• Build and maintain automated regression suites with Playwright or Cypress for critical game-state flows.
• Perform cross-device and cross-browser testing across Chrome, Safari, Firefox, iOS, and Android, including rendering and frame-rate checks.
• Validate Spine/PixiJS animations, transition states, and audio synchronization with artists and animators.
• Support MGA and other jurisdictional certification, CI/CD quality gates, design reviews, sprint planning, and definition-of-done standards.

Requirements

• iGaming experience is required.
• Experience with test planning, bug lifecycle management, regression suites, root cause analysis, and risk-based testing.
• JavaScript or TypeScript, PixiJS, Chrome DevTools, and browser profiling.
• Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and API mocking.
• Understanding of slot mathematics, RTP, RNG concepts, bonus mechanics, BDD, TDD, and API testing.
• Must operate through a fully registered limited company.

Nice to have

• Python or Node.js scripting for bonus simulations or RTP verification tools.
• Knowledge of responsible gambling UX requirements and in-game safeguards.
• Experience in regulated gambling, fintech, or payments quality engineering.
