What you will do

• Oversee multiple projects and initiatives within the Data Management Risk Programme.
• Design common mechanisms to plan, track, and report the programme roadmap and strategy.
• Lead project managers to deliver agreed outcomes within timelines and budget.
• Create and implement issue and remediation tracking across product and solution lifecycles.
• Establish long-term Data Management Risk Councils and Working Groups in local markets.
• Consolidate project status reports, monitor performance indicators, and manage operational risks.

Requirements

• Business or technical degree with complementary skills across both areas.
• Experience running large and complex corporate programmes.
• Strong understanding of data management concepts and activities.
• Experience with risk and compliance management processes involving security and privacy.
• Ability to coordinate and influence Data Privacy, Cyber Security, Data Compliance, IT, and local market teams in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Qualification or proven experience working with Agile methodology.
