Senior Manager, Product Management

Location: On-site full-time in Toronto, Canada. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and have a valid work or study permit where applicable.

Annual base salary: $92,490–$127,200 CAD, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Lead the development, review, and production of fund fact sheets, commentaries, performance reports, and sales support tools.
• Direct product-related projects, campaigns, and initiatives supporting asset growth and client retention.
• Optimize workflows and production processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
• Manage the product collateral library and ensure materials meet governance, policy, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, digital, governance, and other business teams.
• Provide leadership, direction, and decision-making support to improve team performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, alternative investments, and the asset management industry.
• Experience in product management, product support materials, performance reporting, workflow optimization, and cross-functional project leadership.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in asset management, wealth management, or investment product marketing.
• Experience with Morningstar Direct, automation tools, or systems for recurring product support materials.
• Canadian Securities Course completion or knowledge of National Instrument 81-102.
