Product Support Representative Seniors

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States. Telecommuting or working from home may be permissible under company policies.

What you will do

• Provide in-depth product support to hirify.global clients through telephone, email, and chat.
• Resolve concerns related to product installation, operation, maintenance, compatibility, and application use.
• Troubleshoot software applications and electro-mechanical equipment and recommend corrective actions.
• Recreate client issues in test environments and analyze interactions between applications and systems.
• Document client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality and development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Six years of progressively responsible experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• Experience integrating Quantum Treasury, Echos Swift Service Bureau, and Trax Business to Business Payment applications.
• Experience with API configuration, log analysis, connectivity and authentication troubleshooting, SQL, Oracle scripting, ODBC, and relational databases.
• Knowledge of treasury instruments and financial markets, including FX, money markets, repos, derivatives, and swaps.
• Experience with hirify.global Quantum, Bloomberg, SWIFT messaging, cloud migrations to AWS or Azure, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
