Application Support Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Denver, CO / Hybrid

What you will do

• Monitor production services and provide first-line support to Calastone customers.
• Investigate and resolve service incidents while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• Coordinate with Client Delivery, QA, UAT, project, and technical teams on pre-production checks, testing, releases, and customer onboarding.
• Ensure production requirements are identified and addressed during implementations and transitions into production.
• Create and maintain knowledge base content to reduce escalations to second-line support.
• Contribute to business improvement and continuous service enhancement.

Requirements

• Technical background with experience in application support and operations in a client-facing financial environment.
• Experience with databases and SQL, including creating and running queries.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as MQ, SWIFT, ISO 15022, ISO 20022, FIX, and XML.
• Experience with messaging authentication and certification techniques and secure FTP environments.
• Understanding of project delivery lifecycles and industry best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems under pressure, communicate clearly, and support flexible working arrangements including shift patterns.

• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.
