BD Manager: Pharma – Innovative Small Molecular Drugs

Location: Remote from Shanghai, China; travel required 75% of the time.

What you will do

• Explore and develop business opportunities in innovative small molecule drugs across the full portfolio.
• Track regulatory developments and market trends, gather market intelligence, and turn insights into actionable opportunities.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders, pharmaceutical companies, CROs/CDMOs, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Support customer-centric workflows for small molecule drug discovery, development, and quality control.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Solution teams to develop and implement pharma business strategy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with more than 8 years of experience, or Ph.D. with more than 5 years of experience, in pharma or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of analytical platforms and technologies used in pharmaceutical and small molecule drug analysis.
• Ability to connect technical capabilities with business opportunities.
• Availability to work remotely from Shanghai, China.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
