What you will do

• Research user experience and measure success across job-seeking and hiring journeys.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, user behavior, segments, and regions to identify opportunities to improve job seeker–recruiter matching.
• Partner with Product and functional teams to optimize recruiter experiences and develop roadmap solutions.
• Run go-to-market campaigns with Growth to increase awareness and engagement with recruiter-success features.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations with actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Plan delegated projects, track progress, and propose optimization plans to meet delivery timelines and results.

Requirements

• University graduate with 1–2 years of experience.
• User-centric mindset with the ability to connect user behavior to business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an open-minded, proactive approach.
• Good understanding of digital products and strong data processing skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, Data Studio, data visualization, and translating data into business insights.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively under time pressure.
