What you will do

• Own the own-driver program across EU countries.
• Define and manage program processes, planning, and rollout.
• Design standards for driver safety training.
• Develop shift-planning and future driver-demand planning approaches.
• Define and evaluate vehicle specifications for the program.

Requirements

• Experience managing programs across multiple countries or markets.
• Ability to design operational processes, planning frameworks, and implementation standards.
• Understanding of driver safety, workforce scheduling, demand planning, or vehicle specifications.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
