What you will do

• Identify, define, and document business specifications and user needs.
• Design the scope and objectives of automated systems based on business and payments industry requirements.
• Translate business and user requirements into system requirement specifications.
• Support integration and acceptance testing.
• Build working relationships with clients, programmers, and test analysts to resolve business needs through automated systems.
• Coordinate documentation, client follow-up, post-implementation issue monitoring, and revision requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in working with end users to address business needs.
• Mandatory experience in the payments or payment card industry.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency required.
• Knowledge of payment card industry and security-related compliance standards.
