Technical Business Analyst with Italian (AI)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements from public-sector client stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, UX specialists, data scientists, testers, and client representatives on flows, integrations, and service scenarios.
• Analyze chatbot intents, entities, knowledge sources, and response logic for an intelligent conversational solution.
• Contribute to discussions on LLM behavior, prompt quality, content accuracy, NLP, and responsible AI use.
• Coordinate functional, integration, and user acceptance testing, workshops, demos, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Professional working proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken, for workshops, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Understanding of AI and ML concepts, including machine learning modeling, analytics use cases, NLP, and conversational AI.
• Familiarity with Jupyter, Amazon SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning Studio, and ML pipelines.
• Awareness of Python, R, or Scala and the ability to support analysis and documentation of AI/ML requirements.
