What you will do
- Gather business needs from stakeholders and translate them into technical requirements aligned with organizational goals.
- Align Enterprise and Domain Architects, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Customer Journey Experts, DevOps Engineers, and IT Business Analysts on responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop implementation roadmaps from strategic business and IT perspectives.
- Oversee and challenge solutions during the discovery phase with a strong MVP mindset.
- Conduct post-implementation integration testing and resolve interface issues.
- Identify product lifecycle risks and propose improvements across squads.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Investment domain knowledge is required.
- Experience with financial institutions and software delivery for web, client-server, and cloud-based systems.
- Proficiency across all phases of the software development lifecycle and experience with agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
