What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline requirements analysis, documentation, and process mapping.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and backlog refinement sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Analyze banking processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all requirements comply with banking regulations, audit expectations, and security standards.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong experience with requirement collection, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise IT.
• Practical experience using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT for analysis tasks.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Background in working with large corporate clients or regulated environments.
• Experience with regulatory, audit, KYC/AML, or digital transformation projects.
