Customer Service Representative

Location: Marina Bay, Central Region, Singapore

What you will do

• Receive, verify, enter, and process domestic and export customer purchase orders.
• Manage customer inquiries and orders from initial receipt through delivery instructions, shipment control, and fulfillment.
• Monitor open orders, promote on-time delivery, and initiate first-call resolution for order changes and customer requests.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and external warehouses to meet customer commitments.
• Represent the supporting business for the SAP Order-to-Cash module and provide sales order volume information.
• Identify customer issue trends, support process improvement initiatives, and escalate complex problems when required.

Requirements

• Customer service or order fulfillment experience is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal, phone, listening, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and work effectively across multiple functions.
• Experience operating SAP, SFDC, and Microsoft Office systems.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, self-motivation, and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm with stressed or upset customers and resolve concerns professionally.

• Supply Chain experience.
