Customer Support - Automotive Manufacturing (MSFT) (Automotive Manufacturing): Supporting customer service operations and order fulfillment for domestic and overseas automotive customers with an accent on SAP/ERP order management, demand planning, logistics coordination, and compliance documentation. Focus on coordinating shipment schedules, resolving customer claims, and maintaining delivery accuracy at an onsite manufacturing operation.
Location: On-site at Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd., Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan, Thailand

is an international development partner and systems supplier for the automotive industry, developing technologies for combustion engines, fuel cells, and e-mobility.
What you will do
- Support customer service operations and ensure order fulfillment for domestic and overseas customers.
- Manage customer orders, forecasts, and demand planning data in SAP/ERP systems.
- Coordinate order schedules, shipment plans, delivery timelines, and logistics activities.
- Prepare and maintain sales and shipping documents, including delivery orders, invoices, and related records.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims, and follow-up actions through timely resolution.
- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, logistics partners, and transportation vendors while supporting IATF 16949 and ISO quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, order management, supply chain, or a related function, preferably in automotive or electronics.
- Knowledge of forecast analysis, order management, quotation preparation, and customer service processes.
- Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business applications.
- Native Thai speaker with good command of English required.
- Strong communication, coordination, presentation, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, teamwork, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience working with automotive OEM customers, particularly Toyota.
