Associate Manager, Risk Operations (LH-BPO)

Location: Hybrid, based in the Chicago, Palm Beach Gardens, or New York office

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance investment data systems and databases.
• Perform data validation and quality checks for accuracy and consistency.
• Support dashboards and reporting tools for portfolio analysis.
• Research financial data and generate insights for investment strategies.
• Prepare data-driven materials for internal and external presentations.
• Own ad hoc data projects and monitor financial market and data trends.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in risk analysis, financial data, or investment operations.
• Experience with investment risk analytics platforms such as MSCI RiskMetrics, Bloomberg MARS, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with portfolio risk metrics and scenario analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency; familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.

Nice to have

• Progress toward CFA or a similar certification.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.
