Senior Manager, Card Credit Risk - Line Management (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Wilmington or San Francisco office

Salary: USD $140,000–190,000 annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own card credit line increase, decrease, and closure strategy end to end.
• Develop eligibility, increase amount, decrease, and closure policies while balancing revenue opportunities and credit losses.
• Monitor program performance by portfolio segment and vintage to identify emerging trends.
• Design and deploy policy enhancements using internal data, industry and macroeconomic trends, and business judgment.
• Partner with data science to develop line assignment, risk, and utilization models.
• Design tests and launch innovations such as new CLI timing, reactive CLI, and interactive CLI, working with business, product, marketing, and partner teams.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in consumer finance, consulting, or another data-driven field.
• Experience with credit analytics and credit line management or CLI policy in a credit card context.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI-enabled innovation.
• English is required for all positions.
