Spot Product Expert (AI)

What you will do

• Own the AI trading product roadmap covering conversational trading, AI strategy recommendations, autonomous trading Agents, and intelligent risk alerts.
• Design natural-language-driven trading experiences that simplify strategy configuration.
• Define autonomy boundaries for advisory, semi-autonomous, and fully autonomous Agents while balancing automation with user control.
• Manage products end to end, from requirements and PRDs through engineering collaboration, launch, iteration, and data review.
• Collaborate with algorithm, engineering, and design teams to productize AI capabilities.
• Track frontier LLM and Agent technologies and propose ongoing product innovations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Manager experience, including 2+ years in trading products or AI products.
• Deep understanding of crypto trading systems, including spot, derivatives, strategy trading, matching engines, and risk management.
• Familiarity with LLMs, Agent architectures such as ReAct, Tool-use and MCP, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Track record of delivering 0→1 products with a data-driven approach and strong execution.
• Fluent English and Mandarin are required.
