Associate, Commercial Cash Management - Bilingual

Location: Montréal, QC, Canada. The work arrangement, including the proportion of on-site and remote work, will be discussed during the interview.

What you will do

• Support commercial banking account teams with client acquisition, relationship management, and transactional financing support.
• Build and maintain client relationships through outreach, marketing, and business development activities.
• Assess cash management needs and recommend treasury products and solutions.
• Support product installation, ongoing troubleshooting, account reviews, pricing negotiations, and sales activities.
• Conduct financial statement, industry, and client research for proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal partners and develop expertise toward progression into a Manager role.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Commerce or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of cash management products and service offerings.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint, including evaluating financial information.
• Organizational skills, analytical ability, and business development or sales aptitude.
• Fluency in French and English to serve clients in the community.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada; a valid work or study permit may be required.
