Assistant Land Development Project Manager

What you will do

• Assist the Land Development Project Manager with land development activities across communities in acquisition and development stages.
• Manage consultants and coordinate land development schedules, budgets, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and field consultants.
• Monitor infrastructure construction through delivery of finished lots to the Construction Department.
• Coordinate the installation of sewer, water, electricity, storm drainage, and other site infrastructure with municipalities and utility contractors.
• Verify materials, work in progress, contractor activity, invoices, project files, and construction records.
• Coordinate inspections and enforce regulatory, OSHA safety, traffic, dust control, SWPPP, and corporate requirements.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in land development project coordination and construction activity management.
• Ability to work with municipalities, utility contractors, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and jurisdictional representatives.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, invoices, project documentation, and construction progress.
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements, including OSHA and SWPPP standards.
• Professional and ethical approach to business operations.
