Platform Control Manager

What you will do

• Operate security and access services platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Monitor applications and services, respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests, and support availability targets.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, patching, updates, and routine service recovery actions.
• Maintain incident, change, and configuration documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with operations, network, and application teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify operational improvements and contribute to automation and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Hands-on Linux administration experience, including filesystems, permissions, and process management.
• Knowledge of access and security services, products, and technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL, GDPR, SOX, system hardening, patching, and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, basic network troubleshooting, monitoring tools, and log analysis.
• Experience handling support tickets and following incident escalation procedures.
• Fluency in English in speaking, reading, and writing. A degree in IT or five years of experience in enterprise IT, cloud, and UNIX environments is required.
