DevOps & Platform Engineer (AWS / CI/CD)

Location: US-CO-Remote Location; occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $143,760.00–$224,625.00 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and GitHub Enterprise.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code and AWS-native automation for EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, and EKS.
• Build and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate engineering workflows with Bash, PowerShell, and Python while improving build, release, and SDLC processes.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting with Sentry and New Relic, collaborating with SRE on reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Support multi-tenant microservices, SQL and NoSQL databases, application development, REST APIs, testing, and integrations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, cloud architecture, and software development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Bash/Shell, and PowerShell.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, monitoring, observability, and identity management.
• Ability to work effectively in globally distributed Agile teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with .NET Core/ASP.NET, React, Angular, Ruby on Rails, Kafka, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
• Background in enterprise SaaS or cloud platform environments.
• Exposure to security best practices, DevSecOps, and container security.
