HR Business Partner (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Partner with leaders to align workforce and talent strategies with business needs.
• Lead compensation and reward processes that support retention and fair pay.
• Facilitate performance calibrations, support underperformance management, and identify emerging talent.
• Deliver leadership development programs and build talent pipelines.
• Advise on employee relations, HR practices, labor-law compliance, and ad-hoc HR initiatives.
• Use HR data insights to identify risks and opportunities and lead organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or client-facing HR advisor.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, talent management, compensation, and organizational development.
• Understanding of local labor law and employment legislation, with experience handling employee relations cases.
• Strong business acumen, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence leaders.
• Experience with HR data analysis, reporting, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
