CD&A - Technical Product Owner (Data Platforms)

Location: Site-based hybrid role with 3+ days (60%+) per week from a hirify.global office or work location in Carlsbad, California; Tempe, Arizona; Englewood, Colorado; Duluth, Georgia; or San Jose, California. U.S. Citizenship required.

Salary: $110,500–$174,500 annually. For specific locations in San Jose, the San Francisco Bay Area, and the New York City metropolitan area: $137,000–$206,000 annually.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for key data platforms and applications, aligning solutions with business needs and Data & Analytics strategy.
• Translate business requirements into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans for SAC, Azure Data Factory, and BigQuery solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, data engineering, BI, security, program management, and IT operations teams.
• Ensure data products and pipelines are reliable, high-quality, performant, usable, and scalable.
• Manage backlog prioritization, releases, access requests, permission reviews, change control, health checks, and documentation.
• Support predominantly U.S. business customers through guidance, issue triage, and platform expertise.

Requirements

• Experience as a product owner, data product manager, or technical lead for analytics or data platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud dashboards, models, permissions, and scheduling.
• Hands-on familiarity with Azure Data Factory pipelines, orchestration, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of GCP, BigQuery, datasets, performance basics, and SQL fundamentals.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, data quality, governance, lifecycle management, and role-based access.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting analytics products in corporate or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of cloud data architectures, pipeline design patterns, Agile delivery, backlog management, and user story writing.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with distributed teams.
