What you will do

• Coordinate on-site station operations during assigned shifts.
• Assist drivers with unloading and sorting goods upon arrival.
• Monitor driver delivery efficiency, process compliance, and service quality.
• Train drivers on the business system and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with customer service, handle phone inquiries, and monitor delivery experience.
